LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY INFORMATIONS

Your purchase comes with a Limited Lifetime Resurfacing Warranty that covers only the sanding and refinishing (oiling) of the entire wooden surface. The Warranty is limited to ONE resurfacing per year per item. 

Note that only light scratches can be eliminated by sanding and oiling the surface of the wood.

Chips cracks and other damage due to improper use or care of the board are not covered under warranty.

Warranty is voided if the item shows signs of been washed in a dishwasher or been soaked in water for long period of time (I would know). Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from MO Wood Design shop.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Sorry, No returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of the product, it is very unlikely that the order would be damaged during shipping. 

Please contact me if you have any problem with your order and I will work with you to quickly resolve any issue you may have.

All orders will ship within 2-3 business days by USPS Priority Mail. (2-3 business days delivery)

You will be able to track your order progress.

Shipping cost will be calculated for you at check out.

MO Wood Design does not charge handling fees.

All special orders require 2-3 weeks to be completed.
